# How do task credits work?

## Learn about our flexible, credit-based project support with dedicated experts on demand

For Professional and Enterprise plans, you have the ability to work with a dedicated Project Manager by the task or hour.

TandemTask uses a simple, credit-based system for maximum flexibility. One credit block typically covers between **15 minutes to 1 hour** of work, depending on the complexity of your project.

As a reference, **48 credits** generally equals about **12 hours of work** per month. Before we start any project, you’ll receive a clear estimate of how many credits it will require, so you always know what to expect.

For more details, visit our [**Credit Hours**](https://tandemtask.com/credits) page.
