# What if I want to cancel?
## Cancel on your terms with transparent pricing and no hidden fees
You can cancel anytime—no contracts, lock-ins, or hidden fees. Your plan stays active through the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again after you cancel. Just keep in mind that unused credits are not refundable, since they’re already allocated for on-demand project work. We recommend using up your credits before your plan ends by assigning remaining hours to upcoming tasks, backlog items, or strategic planning work, so you get the full value of what you’ve purchased before your subscription closes.
