How do credits work?
TandemTask uses a credit-based system to keep things simple and flexible. One credit block typically covers 15 minutes to 1 hour of project work, depending on the complexity of the task.
For example, our Basic Plan is $600/month and includes 48 credits. This averages to approximately 12 hours of work monthly at Level 2 expertise. You'll receive clear estimates on how many credits a task will require before we begin, ensuring transparency and no surprises.
