How do credits work?
For Professional and Enterprise plans, you have the ability to work with a dedicated Project Manager by the task or hour.
TandemTask uses a simple, credit-based system for maximum flexibility. One credit block typically covers between 15 minutes to 1 hour of work, depending on the complexity of your project.
As a reference, 48 credits generally equals about 12 hours of work per month. Before we start any project, you’ll receive a clear estimate of how many credits it will require, so you always know what to expect.
